To answer your questions, I think that your business is well on its way to becoming Canada’s Most Preferred and Referred Car Dealer for Sales and
Service. I’m happy to say that I commonly refer your business to friends, family, and even strangers I meet, where the conversation turns to where to buy and
service vehicles. The response that I get when talking about your service center seems to be heightened interest from those in the area and envious
comments from those who live far away. Furthermore, the last time that I visited your service center I was
surprised to be greeted in such a delightful manner from both Megan and Mark. With the number of people that they meet each day I was happy to know
that they recognize me by name. Megan was great with updating me on the status of my service without me prompting for such information, which is a
great change from previous service centers that I have been to. The waiting area is so well set up that my seven year old daughter always
wants me to make my appointments for a time that she can come along with me. I would say that this alone propels your service center far above others when it comes to having a relaxed entertaining environment to enjoy while waiting for your vehicle to be ready.

Good Morning Jim,
You have certainly earned my respect and honor when dealing with your service centre. I do refer you service center to my friends and family.
I would also like to say that all your staff, are very helpful and genuine. Most of all, Bob Hale my mechanic since I purchased my Kia in October of 2000 has been honest and upfront with me when dealing with my car. He has never steered me wrong and I trust him wholeheartedly.

Yes, it was in for service. A wheel exchange (winter to summer) and an oil change. We noticed however that the Honda was not vacuumed out this time. This was disappointing as we really like that part of the service. The outside was washed however. The “extras” are what keep us coming back for service at Wheels and Deals, so I hope that this isn’t a recurring gap in service.

I apoligize for not sending this email sooner but life gets in the way at times.
I have to tell you that my first experience at your Service Center was amazing and I was so incredibly impressed with your staff as well as the attention to detail that you give in service to your clientele. I have done
nothing but brag about your business to friends and family. In this day in age it is very rare that you receive good service and I believe that when a job is done well it should be acknowledged. So kudos to you and your staff.
Megan was quick and efficient in checking me in and as for your mechanic Bob
Hale he is a personal friend of ours so I am a bit biased in giving him a review but he is equally as awesome. Wherever Bob is….. my business is and all of these extra perks that you provide is just icing on the cake.

Hi Jim,
Your team was awesome! Eric, Mark, and Megan assisted us (Optrim Energy Crporation) in testing our product called Optrim’s Fuel Booster. We chose your company because we felt your team was highly experienced in the area of emissions testing. Your testing facility proved that our product does in fact decrease harmful emissions (i.e. CO by 27%!). We posted the results on our website at FuelBooster.ca. We also noted that it was Jim Gilbert’s Wheels and Deals that provided the service. I would also like to note that I was offered coffee 2x by 2 different employees. Megan even offered to make coffee for me! She also told me about the free internet in your lounge. Mark was great on the phone. He let me talked to Eric and ask questions. You, Jim, even greeted me while I was waiting at the counter and said you liked my hat! Eric was great too! He was very professional and took the time to explain the results. What an amazing experience from your company. Your team is definitely a tough act to follow.

Thank you for the email, dealing with Wheels and Deals has been an absolute delight both pre and post sales.
My search for a replacement vehicle came at a time where there was some personal problems in our family, and shopping for a car was the last thing I wanted to do. I went to another dealership here Fredericton to look at some of the “New” cars that they were offering. At the time I had my Fathers 1992 Ford ranger and my 2 young sons with me. To be honest I looked like I had 2 cents to my name. I was talking with one of the salesmen from said dealership and told him that I was interested in looking at the 2009 year model of their product. I also was upfront with him on some credit issues from my young and foolish days. He immediately must have decided that I was not worth dealing with because he tossed me the keys to a 2002 Suzuki with 92,000 KM on it. He never even bothered to talk to me or listen to what I was wanting to look at.
And now for the rest of the story, the next day I went in to your lot to look around. I will admit that I was a bit gun shy after the previous experience, but that was soon put to rest after talking to John. I told John the same thing that I had told the other dealer, and John response was “Not a problem.”. I felt comfortable looking around, trying out the different vehicles until we found the right one. There was no pressure to make a decision just a willingness to help.
Even bringing my car in for maintenance, is a pleasure. Meghan and Bill are the only one I have had the pleasure to deal with at the service center, but I am sure that the rest are just like them.
At one point I spent 7 years working retail here in the city of Fredericton and I learned a few lessons. 1) You are only as good as the company you keep, and 2) word of mouth will make you or break you in this town. Judging from my dealings with Wheels and Deals, you and your staff know the same lessons.

Service and staff were all very friendly, the only problem being I had an appointment for 1300 and they were running late. So when all was said and done my thirty minute oil change turned out to be two hours. I never left the service center till 1500. I was given the option of re-scheduling, but living out of town this wasn’t really an option for me.
The service center is a great place to wait so thankfully I entertained myself for the two hours, and the staff did a great job at making sure I was comfortable.

Jim, I would like to comment on the fantastic experience your staff provided. My recent car search was a nightmare until I happened across your lot. It was my sister who told me to get on the band wagon and get to the North Side. Alex was wonderfull and explained everything. I felt wonderfull leaving your dealership.
